Troubleshooting
“Network initialization failed”
Check your Wi-Fi connection or use a phone hotspot. If you use a SIM, confirm activation and move somewhere with a stronger signal. Restart the device and try again.
Translation feels slow
Move closer to Wi-Fi or test another connection. Compare with an already downloaded offline language to check whether the network is the problem.
The device will not turn on or charge
Check the charging cable and power source, then charge the device before trying again. If it still does not respond, contact support.
No mobile data after SIM activation
Check for your activation confirmation email and restart the device in an area with mobile coverage. If data is still unavailable, send support your order and SIM details.
Which languages can I use offline?
Check the offline language menu and manual for your specific model. Download the languages you need while connected to Wi-Fi, then test them before travelling.
