Cookies and local storage keep information in your browser. ShopVavus saves your privacy choice in a necessary cookie, sv_privacy, for up to 180 days. What Vavus first-party website measurement runs before you choose depends on where you are, and Google Analytics runs only after you choose Accept All. The Vavus Concierge widget uses local storage for a visitor identifier when it sends a request. ShopVavus does not use advertising trackers.

The site processes network requests to display pages, deliver manuals, and submit forms. Server-side security controls use IP addresses and submission times to limit repeated requests. These server-side controls do not require a cookie or local storage in your browser. Chat uses the separate visitor identifier described above.
The footer cookie control provides information about browser storage. You can browse pages and use the website forms without using chat.
Inquiry and SIM activation forms send your submitted details to our support or inquiry inbox. Clearing browser storage does not delete a message already sent. Contact us if you want to make a privacy request.
Read about your informationSupport videos open on YouTube when you follow their links. The linked site then applies its own privacy and cookie practices. Visiting our support page alone does not load an embedded YouTube player.
The embedded widget stores a visitor identifier under vavus-concierge-visitor when it sends a request. Information you send through chat is handled by the Vavus Concierge service.
