The site processes network requests to display pages, deliver manuals, and submit forms. Server-side security controls use IP addresses and submission times to limit repeated requests. These server-side controls do not require a cookie or local storage in your browser. Chat uses the separate visitor identifier described above.
Use Cookie settings in the footer to accept or reject optional statistics. Browsing and forms work without them.
Inquiry and SIM activation forms send your submitted details to our support or inquiry inbox. Clearing browser storage does not delete a message already sent. Contact us if you want to make a privacy request.
Read about your informationSupport videos open on YouTube when you follow their links. The linked site then applies its own privacy and cookie practices. Visiting our support page alone does not load an embedded YouTube player.
The embedded widget stores a visitor identifier under vavus-concierge-visitor when it sends a request. Information you send through chat is handled by the Vavus Concierge service.

We update this notice when website storage or embedded services change. If we add a feature that requires optional storage or consent, we will explain its purpose and provide the necessary choices before it runs.

Optional statistics count page visits, quote starts, completed inquiries and the page they came from. They do not include form contents or query strings. With your permission, the site uses session and visitor identifiers and Google Analytics. If your browser asks sites not to track you (Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control), optional statistics stay off.
Cookie settings lets you reject optional statistics at any time. Rejection removes optional website identifiers and stops later collection. Clearing storage does not recall an inquiry already sent.
